The purpose of the association shall be to formulate policy relating to all aspects of community living and in all other matters which are reserved to the management, it shall express the voice of the Starrett City Community. 

 

In order to secure and defend our rights, advance our interests, an authority has been created whose seal shall constitute a certificate of character, intelligence and cooperation, build up an organization where all the residents of our community can participate in the discussion of those practical problems upon the solution of which depends on our welfare, to encourage the principle and practice of conciliation and arbitration in the settlement of all differences between tenant and management, establish order, harmony, promote the general cause of humanity and brotherly love, and secure the blessings of friendship, equality, and truth guaranteeing a full healthy happy life for our families.
